Wholesale Policy


Our current business and ordering policies are explained on this page.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at bovacura@att.net, and we will do our best to try to help you.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order within 10 days of receiving it.

We ship via Fedex unless you specify that we use the United States Post Office.  It is necessary for you to provide us with your actual physical location, not just a Post Office Box. 

Ordering and Payment Information

You may use the Add to Cart and Buy Now buttons placed on our website for convenient payment for one item by credit card through PayPal.  If you would like to order more an assortment of items and be billed for combined shipping, please request by email to be invoiced separately through PayPal.
Ordering Information for Custom Signs can be accessed through the following link.  Examples of sign types are given, but all types of signs can be custom made to fit your wording:
We like to deal with our customers personally and therefore prefer to get your order by email, work out the specifics of what it is you really want as far as color selection and other options are concerned, and get an actual shipping rate to your section of the country.  Please title your email "Website Order" or "Product Question" so it will help us sort it out from the tons of spam which reaches our email box. Since Othelia has done some dealing on eBay, and has used PayPal.com service to secure payment for her auction items, that's how we prefer to work out credit card payments.  We are comfortable that PayPal.com is a secure and reputable website to receive credit card information or even to pay directly from your bank account.  If you have any questions regarding the use of PayPal.com, please email us and ask.  We would be more than happy to help you.  Payment by personal check through the mail will delay shipping until the check clears.  Should you become a regular established customer of ours that policy may be waived.
We ship Anywhere in the Contiguous United States.
Shipping Anywhere Else in the World: 
Must be prearranged by email and cannot be done through the Buy Now buttons.


Customers occasionally ask what our return policy is. We aim for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want you to tell us. Let us know what you feel is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.   If you are happy and pleased, we would appreciate if you would tell others about us. 

Wholesale Policy
We wholesale to dealers at 30% off.  A $150 minimum order is required and we must be furnished with a current state sales tax certificate.  All shipping and insurance expenses must be paid by the dealer. 
We welcome dealers to come into our store where we are more able to deal personally with them.  Quantity discounts may be available.
